Aleksa
A back injury early in his volleyball career sparked his interest in understanding the human body and the principles of human movement.
That experience led him to pursue a Master's degree in Sports Science, along with multiple certifications in functional training, biomechanics, and movement neurology.
His goal was never only to help himself, but also to support people dealing with postural issues and chronic pain — individuals searching for long-term solutions rather than temporary symptom relief.
After more than 10 years of practical experience, he became confident in the approach and philosophy behind his work. Together with his colleague Vladimir, he co-founded Posture And Performance with a clear mission: to help people move better, feel healthier, and live pain-free.
Seeing a client smile after experiencing real improvement is what keeps me learning every single day.
